This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

The purchaser is responsible for the sizes and specs of the drawers and hardware.  Sizing of the merchandise is listed on the product page for your review- TPDrawers.com is not responsible for wrong-sized drawer orders.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Home Delivery.  Large orders unable to fit on Ground trucks are sent via FedEx Freight trucks.  Please see our Shipping Info page for more details.

 

Damaged items

We will gladly replace any items damaged during shipping without charge.  You must notify us of the damages withing 48 hours of the delivery and e-mail us a picture of the damaged items.

Just reply to any notification e-mail you received (order confirmation or shipping confirmation) with a picture and description of which items were damaged.

Claims sent more than 7 days after order receipt cannot be processed.

 

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from date materials are delivered.  ALL returns must be pre-authorized, and RMA# must be clearly marked on the return box.  The sender must prepay freight back to our warehouse.  

Only products in new, working order will be accepted for return.  If products are marked, cracked, or otherwise unsellable they will not be credited for refund.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon acceptance.

 

Michigan Taxes

6% sales tax will be applied for orders shipped within Michigan.

 

Personal Information

Your personal information, including e-mail addresses and physical addresses, will NEVER be sold to a 3rd party.

We might follow up with you after your order to make sure you were happy with the experience at TPDrawers.com, but we will not sell your information to anyone else.
