Most drawer orders will be shipped out within 48 hours Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) via FedEx Ground- so you should receive your order 2-6 days after you place it.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories outside of the Continental U.S. must be placed via phone. We are no longer able to ship outside of the United States.

TPDrawers.com uses flat shipping charges to save you money every day.

If you purchase guide sets and/or monorails with your plastic drawers boxes, they will not increase the price of shipping unless it's a bulk order.

If you need to order more drawers or hardware than the quantities listed- contact us for bulk shipping rates and delivery modes.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will gladly replace any items damaged during shipping without charge.  You must notify us of the damages withing 48 hours of the delivery and e-mail us a picture of the damaged items.

Just reply to any notification e-mail you received (order or shipping confirmation) with a picture and description of which items were damaged.

Claims sent more than 2 days after order receipt cannot be processed.
