Monorail
The monorail is the top rail that your plastic drawer box rides on inside your kitchen cabinet.
Unscrew the rear guide and remove the existing rail. Insert the front of the new rail into the front guide and slip the rear guide onto the other end of the new monorail. Reattach the rear guide back inside the cabinet.

Nov. 2021 Update - The new batches of Monorails now have small hairline cracks at the ends beyond the metal core. These WILL BREAK at some point after install depending on use and weight put in drawers. We highly recommend that you reinforce both ends (spray epoxy, Flex Seal, etc. + a tight layer of duct tape).
We are still selling these only because we know the only option for a lot of customers is to spend thousands of dollars to replace the entire cabinet. We hate to put you in that position. But we need you to understand that these will need to be reinforced or they will break.
These parts are now only sold AS IS - we will not be able to process refunds, returns, or exchanges for any Monorails ordered 8/5/2020 and later, for any reason.
Please also note that we (TPDrawers.com, or any affiliated company) are not responsible for damages that arise from broken parts. Please do not store valuable, fragile, or heavy pieces on these Monorails.
